Finally the hallyu star Song Joong Ki has made his first public appearance following his marriage announcement with Song Hye Kyo.
On the 7th of July the actor attended another event to promote his upcoming movie “Battleship Island”, outside the event hall the actor stood in the rain to answer reporters questions.

He also took time to thank fans who stood out in the rain to greet him, and despite the heavy rain the actor looked happy while answering questions about his fiancé.
He was asked what was the best thing about Song Hye Kyo by a reporter, to which he gave the sweetest answer, he said:
“As many of her fans already know, she is a very calm person. She is very considerate and kind, and has a positive influence on me.
Since she’s a sunbaenim to me, I had also learned a lot from her. I garnered the positive energy radiating from her.”
He was also asked about how he felt of the attention and acceptance he got from people around the world following the sudden marriage announcement. He said:
“I didn’t think I would be garnering this much attention from people around the world.”
He also apologized to the people waiting out in the rain including the reporters who wanted to get an interview with him.
